Billing & Subscriptions
Learn about our subscription plans, cancellation policies, and how we handle data when plans change.
Subscription Cycles
EnvPush offers both monthly and yearly billing cycles. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days from the start of your subscription.
- Yearly: Billed annually. Yearly plans typically offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Plan & Billing section in your dashboard.
Cancellation Conditions:
- Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.
- Important: Automated downgrades from a paid plan to the Free plan are currently disabled to prevent accidental data loss.
- You can re-activate a cancelled subscription anytime before the billing cycle ends.
Data Retention & Downgrades
When you downgrade from a higher-tier plan (e.g., Pro to Plus, or any paid plan to Free), your data usage must comply with the new plan's limits.
7-Day Grace Period
After a downgrade, you have 7 days to backup and organize your data. Projects or environments that exceed your new plan limits will be flagged for deletion.
Manual Cleanup
If you exceed the limits for the Free plan, automatic downgrades may be restricted. You will need to delete excess vaults or projects manually before the system can process the plan change.
Note: Automated background deletion for exceeded resources is currently under development. While the policy stands, we encourage users to manage their data manually during this transition.
