By accessing or using EnvPush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

EnvPush provides a platform for managing environment variables and secrets with zero-knowledge encryption. Our service includes a web dashboard and a CLI tool.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your encryption keys. Since EnvPush uses zero-knowledge encryption, if you lose your encryption keys or access to your account with MFA enabled, we cannot recover your secrets.

Fees and Payments

Fees for use of EnvPush are described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnvPush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
